30 June 2025. The UK BootStRaP team were delighted to host BootStRaP consortium members and other international collaborators at the Tewinbury Farm Hotel in Hertfordshire, UK, on 26-27 June 2025 for a Global Engagement in Problematic Usage of the Internet Network Meeting.
Naomi Fineberg and Natalie Hall gave a comprehensive update on the progress of BootStRaP phase 1, and Hans-Jürgen Rumpf provided an overview of the planned phase 2 interventions.
Matthias Brand, Julius Burkauskas, Murat Yücel, Chang Liu and Lucy Albertella told us about their planned and ongoing work already built on BootStRaP.
Finally, Hans-Jürgen Rumpf, Marc Potenza, Konstantinos Ioannidis and Jeremy Solly led brainstorming discussions on future studies that will take forward our learning from BootStRaP and improve our understanding of how to identify and treat problematic usage of the internet.
